My good friend, Michelle Bernier, has released her first episode in her new Behind the Scenes podcast. Below is a message from Michelle regarding her new podcast series.

My new podcast Behind the Scenes is officially live, and I want to tell you the real story behind it.
I came to the US with one conviction: that business, done well, is one of the most powerful forces for human progress. Behind the Scenes is the clearest example that anything is possible.
Every guest I reached out to wanted a show with views, downloads, numbers. I had none of that. This was a pilot project with zero track record. But two people trusted me anyway: Richard Branson, CEO of Virgin, and Dan Cathy, former president of Chick-fil-A. Those two conversations put us on the map and opened the door to every interview that came after.
What started with fear, no editing skills, and no credibility is now going out into the world.
If that was possible for me, it’s possible for you too. That’s the whole point of the American dream. Not that success is guaranteed, but that the door is really open if you’re willing to put the work in.
Our first episode is out now.
I sat down with Erika Mandel, Chief of Marketing at Creative Blinds, as the company celebrates its 50th anniversary. Erika reflects on the values that have carried this family-owned business through five decades, and how they’ve stayed true to their roots while still growing.
