5-Minute Review

The 5-Minute Review was a model I created in 2011 to provide a framework to quickly assess the investment potential of early-stage companies. At the time, I was attending many angel investor meetings and seeing many deals – as many as 20 or 30 deals in one sitting. I needed a way to sort through these deals. Accordingly, I came up with the 5-Minute Review. Like the other material in this Research Reports section, the 5-Minute Review is in draft form.
