ECONOMIC REPORTS: July Inflation Held Steady at a 2.7% Rate
Inflation held steady in July at a 2.7% rate, as reported in the Wall Street Journal this morning. This was despite tariff increases which affected some consumer prices. A Fed rate cut is still possible next month.
